Course description

The Project Management course is designed for professionals who want to move up the career ladder, expand their knowledge, and raise their qualifications. The unique course program not only includes theoretical material but also develops practical skills. You will receive insights on modern project management methods studying real cases.

The goal of our course is not to prepare you for international certification. Our goal is to prepare an Agile professional who can apply knowledge in projects of any scale, regardless of their quantity. You will learn about basic Agile concepts. Learn what Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP mean.

The course includes 5 releases using the Agile method. At the beginning of each release, you will study theoretical knowledge that will be useful in practice. Practical training is divided into three stages: Iteration, Release, Production. The course will teach you how to implement and scale projects of any complexity.

After graduation, you will have a job interview with an international company. You can be confident that the knowledge received here is enough to get you a successful job!
